Professor
Chinua Achebe, a Novelist, poet, professor, and the author of the most widely
read book in African literature (Things Fall Apart), has passed on.
Professor Achebe died March 21 in a hospital
in Boston, Massachusetts. He had been ill for a while. He was 82 years old.
May his
gentle soul rest in peace. Amen.
