Barrack Obama |
“If a
man also lie with mankind, as he lieth with a woman, both of them have
committed an abomination: they shall surely be put to death; their blood shall
be upon them.” (Leviticus 20:13)
“For
this cause God gave them up unto vile affections: for even their women did
change the natural use into that which is against nature: And likewise also the
men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust one toward
another; men with men working that which is unseemly, and receiving in
themselves that recompence of their error which was meet.” (Romans
1:26-27)
“Thou
shalt not lie with mankind, as with womankind: it is abomination.” (Leviticus 18:22)
President Barack Obama, just
committed his first “obamination” by calling up Gene Robinson, the most
prominent, “civil-unioned,” homosexual man in America, who claims to be a
bishop, to pray at the Inaugural Service at the Lincoln Memorial.
He gave us another clue/sign that the end time is near..
According to the biblical record, the
non-mythical cities of Sodom and Gomorrah were destroyed largely because of the
sin of homosexuality. Years ago, someone said that “if God does not punish
America for its sin of homosexuality, He would have to apologize to Sodom and
Gomorrah.” God is not in the business of apologizing. (By the way, the
homosexuals in Sodom and Gomorrah never went to Mayor Lot to ask for a marriage
license.) I tell my children that what they do for the Lord ought to be done
because they love the Lord, but, if for some reason, they choose not to do it
because they love Him, at least do it because it is smart to do so that they
can avoid getting into trouble with the Lord and with me.
In other words, be
smart enough to at least cover your behind. No matter what kind of pressure
Barack Obama was under by the homosexual community, out of love for God, he
should have avoided doing what he did. But, if for no other reason, he
should have avoided doing what he did because it would have been the smart
thing to do to keep himself and this country out of trouble with the Lord. He
should have at least played it smart to cover his behind and ours.
Right now,
we are experiencing the worst economic meltdown in the history of our country
since the Great Depression, and the President-Elect seeks out the most
prominent, “civil-unioned,” homosexual “minister” in the country to pray over
his presidency and our country. This does not show love for “his” Lord, nor
does it show smartness. In economics there is something called the “invisible
hand.” Well, I believe that that invisible hand is actually the hand of God.
And if Obama continues to pull stunts like this, and chooses to push the homosexual
agenda, (and God help him if he pushes the homosexual marriage agenda), America
may never see the blessings of the “invisible hand” again.
Furthermore,
let me add that the two life-destroying sins of homosexuality and abortion may
very well be a part of our economic problem. The act of homosexuality cannot
produce children and abortion kills children. Thus, we do not have millions
more workers and taxpayers to help shoulder the burdens of this country and to
pay into social security, etc. But, hey, I believe what Johnny Hunt said, “We
Christians ought to stop this talk of I hate the sin, but I love the sinner,”
and rather say, “I hate my own sin and I love the sinner.” I believe that many
of us as Christians have dropped the ball when it comes to the fact that we
have often times attacked people and judged them because of their sins, instead
of reaching out to them in Christian love and bringing them to Christ. I am
glad to see the more loving approach of Rick Warren, which is different from
the more militant approach of the Jerry Falwells of the past. I believe we can
win more souls to the Lord this way.
Be that as
it may, Barack Obama made a serious error in judgment. In my opinion, he
committed a sin against God and this country, yea, even an “obamination”, if
you will. If Barack Obama and the nation want to see things turn around for the
better in this country, all of us must repent of our wicked ways and do what
the Bible says in 1 Chronicles 7:14: ”If my people, which are called
by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from
their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin,
and will heal their land.” For,“Righteousness exalteth
a nation: but sin is a reproach to any people.”
