Pray For The McClurkin Family

The+McClurkin+Project+mcclurkinfamily

Donnie and his family needs our prayers right now :(

According to a story posted on the Yolanda Adams Morning Show Website, Donald Andy McClurkin, sr., Donnie's father just passed away. He was hospitalized last week after having an emergency surgery. Earlier this year Donnie announced during the taping of the Stellar Awards in Nashville that his mother had passed away.

In 2008, the family also suffered and endured the loss of their sister Olivia.

Please lets pray that affliction will not rise the second time.

Mayor of DC Un-invited Donnie McClurkin From The Civil Rights Concert At The Washington Mall!

Grammy award winner, songwriter and minister, Pastor Donnie McClurkin was uninvited form the civil rights concert in the most embarrassing way..

Here's what he had to say about this turnout..

Hey everybody, am sending out this socialcam a little disgruntled but more than anything else to rectify something That’s been done and address it so this way you’ll know my heart.
The mayor of DC; Vincent C. Gray uninvited me from a concert that I was supposed to headline today in the Washington Mall commemorating and commenting on the 50th anniversary of the civil rights movement, I was asked not to attend, although am considered the headliner for the concert and advertisers have been circulated, and the churches as well as the community are prepared to come up in tens of thousands into the Washington Mall area. And last night on the way to the airport we received the telephone call from the promoters who have received word from the mayor’s office as well as the art commission that I was not welcomed and uninvited (The night before the concert).

Quite unfortunate that in today a black man/artiste is uninvited form a civil rights movement; depicting the love, the unity, the peace, the tolerance. The platform was entitled "From Gandy to King"; the peace movement, the love movement and dignitaries from India as well as ambassadors from America and the church community, the peaceful element of the community will be coming together to comment and commemorate this wonderful move; an evolution, and they waited until the last moments to demand that am taken off of the concert. Discrimination, Bullying is still a part of this. It’s bullying, its discrimination, its intolerance and it’s depriving someone of their civil rights when they’re told that they cannot come to an event and by coming it will cause a disruption, yet they haven’t spoken to 15 to 20 persons who protested, compared to thousands, who’re coming out to worship Jesus and to hear the gospel in music.

People Go Eyeball Licking To Show Affection In Japan

People sure do strange things for love, but Japanese students are taking love-induced madness to a whole new level - and putting their health at risk in the process.

This is the latest craze sweeping through Japan;  'oculolinctus' - eyeball licking as an expression of affection between young lovers.

Teens are using the act of licking one another's eyeballs to show affection, like some would do with hugging or kissing, ABC News reports. This act may have been inspired by the Japanese band Born, which features eyeball licking in a music video.

"It's a very dangerous trend, says Dr. Robert Cykiert.

How The Human Face Might Look In 100,000 Years

These people have have started again..can you imagine what they came up with this time?
Read this article from Forbes and it's about how the human face will look in the next 100,000 years ...

Nickolay Lamm, a blogger collaborated with Dr. Alan Kwan, who has a PhD in Computational Genomics from Washington University, to hypothesize what we may look like in the future. The following is written by him…

While the future remains unknowable (for now), Nickolay Lamm produced one set of possible changes to the human face in one possible timeline where, 100,000 years in the future, through zygotic genome engineering technology, our future selves control human biology and human evolution the way we control electrons today. In this future, humankind has wrested control of the human form from natural evolution and are able to bend human biology to human needs. This future scenario and these figures are envisioned by Dr. Alan Kwan, PhD Computational Genomics from Washington University.

As our understanding of the universe increases, I predict that the human head will trend larger to accommodate a larger brain. But instead of some orthogonal evolutionary path that ends up with the 210th century human a la Futurama’s Morbo the anchor-alien, the rule of viable human biology will still apply and so the entire head will trend larger, though with a bias for a greater cranium growth than facial growth; the human 20,000 years from now would look to us like someone today except we would notice the forehead is subtly too large.

Four out of Five Pastors Resign From The Same Church At The Same Time

R0504_ROCC

I've never seen or heard of anything like this my whole entire life..

Four out of five pastors of the Richmond Outreach Center megachurch in South Richmond resigned Wednesday afternoon following a Board of Directors meeting and after news of the specific sexual assault allegations against the church’s founder.
Three of the resigning pastors had also served on the ROC’s board of directors.

Gone are “Pastor G” – Geronimo Aguilar – the 12-year-old church’s founder and board member; executive Pastor Jason Helmlinger, also a former board member; Pastor Andrew “Drew” Delgado, another former board member; and Pastor Matthew Aguilar, Geronimo’s brother.
